Manoj A.S currently working as Head – Govt. Projects and former Head Corporate Relations & Senior Knowledge Officer at ICT Academy of Kerala, Trivandrum has obtained PhD in HRM and MBA from M.S University. He has also obtained MSc Psychology and Gold Medalist in PGDHRM from Madras University and Kerala University respectively. He has cracked UGC NET in the year 2004. The author has long list of Publications published in reputed International & National Journals, including UGC Care – Listed Journals. The author has contributed chapters in plethoras of books in Management & HRM. He is also the Chief Editor for International Journals of repute. Moreover, the author has presented many papers in National and International conferences and chaired and attended many conclaves/conferences. Further he is a Management Expert & Consultant for many Institutions, Universities and Corporates and Govt. Institutions across India.

Dr. Jahangir Ahmad Bhat obtained the Doctorate in Commerce from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology. He has Cracked UGC NET Dec 2012 and July 2013. The author has a long list of Publications published in reputed International and National journals, including UGC Care-Listed Journals. The author has contributed important chapters in many books such as Managing Unorganized Sector in India and Entrepreneurship Development – Economic and Social Issues. Moreover, the author has presented many papers in national and international conferences and attended many seminars. Furthermore, the author is working as faculty member in the Department of Commerce at Govt Degree College (Women) Pulwama (J&K).

Dr. Shariq Ahmad Bhat is currently working as a lecturer at PG Department of Commerce, Islamia College of Science and Commerce, Srinagar. He has done M.Com with specialization in Business Finance and Ph.D from Pondicherry Central University. Besides this he has qualified UGC-NET-JRF in Commerce. He has teaching experience of three years. He has been awarded MANF by UGC. There are several publications in different National and International reputed Journals to his credit. In addition to that he has presented his research work in almost ten national and international conferences conducted by highly reputed institutions like IIT Madras, IIM Indore and statutory bodies like The Indian Econometric Society (TIES). He has attended more than five Research Methodology Workshops conducted by different Universities across India and sponsored by ICSSR. He is also the author of a books titled “New Spectrum Commerce” for M.Com Entrance Examination and “Principles of Microeconomics”.
