Satheesh Kumar Nair, Doctorate in Management, practicing HR professional with more than 35 yrs. of experience in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations and has made the mark in both manufacturing and service industry with a wide spectrum of professional activities. Having worked in many verticals, his conceptual knowledge, exposure and hands-on experience in the profession are highly varied and practical. Working with Corporates and business conglomerates, blended with his professional acumen in HR & IR strengthen Satheesh to face and to deal with any emerging situation and a solution provider in the work front. Dr Satheesh works as a trainer with tailor made programs and also conducts Organizational Health surveys and Organizational Health analysis. Being a motivational speaker to Universities and Professional colleges creates a link between the industry interface and the academic fraternity. As part of the Academic Association (1) Nominated to the curriculum committee of Central University (2) Nominated to the Tourism Studies department of M G University as external subject expert.
